The Sentinel

Sentinel is the product of meticulous planning and painstaking attention to detail. The kind that only springs from a complete understanding of how critical the working environment is to the wellbeing and effectiveness of those who work in it. Flexibly designed floorplates enable the space to be open plan or cellularised.

There’s thought for the environment, with the building being served by the District Heating System which increases the energy rating of the building. And thought for the occupants too, who can look forward to a bright, naturally cooled working environment and space for 74 vehicles in a secure basement car park beneath their feet.

The development by Wilson Bowdenwill play a large part in creating the perfect business environment in the Southside Business District.
